• MT QUALITY CONTROL

Job Description :

• Checking the manufacture or production process according to the procedure
• Supervise and manage the quality control process Guarantee product quality according to requirements
• Collaborate with in and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Check work plans and product specifications before and after the production process
• Record inspection results by completing all reports, concluding work and entering data into the quality database
• Advise ways to improve the production process Oversee the safe use of quality control equipment Reporting to Managerial level.

Qualifications:

1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
2. Graduate bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry with Minimum GPA : 3.00
3. Having skills in Quality Assurance/ Quality Management System
4. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production engineering or process improvement role
5. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process optimization
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, have strong leadership and prove with leadership experience
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
8. Able to communicate fluently in English
9. Willing to be located in Sidoarjo (East Java)

• MT TRAINING

Job Description :

• Facilitate the implementation of Monozukuri and Kaizen principles across the organisation to drive operational excellence
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees on MT, Monozukuri, and Kaizen methodologies
• Coach and mentor employees at all levels to develop their skills in problem-solving, process improvement, and waste elimination
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training and continuous improvement initiatives are aligned with business objectives
• Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for further process improvements
• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources to support the ongoing learning and development of employees

Qualification :

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably have experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
2. Bachelor of Psychology with min. GPA 3,00
3. Strong facilitation and training skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels
4. Extensive knowledge of People development, Training Need Analysis, Create Curriculum, and related stuff in Training and Kaizen
5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills
6. Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, such as People / HR Development
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
8. Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java

• MT PRODUCTION

Job Description :

• Monitoring and optimizing the production process to maximize efficiency and output
• Collaborate with in and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Identify and resolve production-related issues to maintain high quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed records of production data
• Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Contribute to the development of new products and production methods
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals and specifications
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment and repair techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
